Join us for a day on the Hill, where you can enjoy Fashions on the Hills, live racing on the big screen, roaming canapés and substantial bites. Lounge on the lawns, soak in the atmosphere, and celebrate in style!

- Time: Arrival from 11am and finishing at 5:00pm 
- Price: Adult: $60 per person + booking fee, Children ticket (<under 18s) $25

The 2023 vines & barrels from Tallis Wine Vineyard will ignite the hills in a spectacular display. This unique event will feature a three-course meal, expertly crafted and cooked over a live open flame kitchen by the renowned team from Grilled & Gathered co.

Get down and boogie with DJs Record Per Tutti, spinning vinyl from 6pm - 9pm as the sun goes down and the fire lights up. 

Experience the magic of live fire cooking, where local and seasonal produce is slowly roasted over glowing coals, intensifying flavours and creating an immersive culinary adventure. Watch as chefs expertly tend to the flames, searing and smoking ingredients to perfection right before your eyes.

Cobie Davis founder of 'Grilled and Gathered co' has become known for his expertise in cooking premium meats over an open flame in the outdoors. Cobie has always been captivated by the magic of fire cooking during family barbecues and camping trips. This passion has led him to create a culinary experience where he mastered the art of grilling and open fire cooking, emphasising quality and tradition. 

Cobie meticulously selects the finest meats, often from local, sustainable farms, and his cooking style blends rustic simplicity with refined technique. His dishes highlight the natural flavors of the meat, enhanced by the unique open fire experience. Believing in the power of food to unite people, Cobie creates communal dining experiences that celebrate the joy of sharing a meal. Kat’s book dives deep into this dance, offering insights and tools to help navigate these challenges more easily, so that our authentic selves stand a chance in this life.

During the event, Kat will be speaking about this ongoing battle we face and sharing some practical ways to move through it with more grace and intention. It's all about giving our authentic selves a fighting chance in a world that often pulls us in different directions. Whether you're already on this journey or just starting to explore what it means to live more authentically, there's something here for you.

We'll also have some delicious refreshments and snacks to enjoy as we come together to celebrate this milestone. Plus, you'll have the chance to buy a copy of Authentic, get it signed, and spend some time connecting with others who are on the same path. Join us for an evening of joy and wellness on Friday, March 22nd, from 6pm to 9pm at Rye at Tallis.

Arrive just before 6pm, bring your yoga mat and towel, and be ready for a twilight session of good moves, good food, and great company. Cher Hetherington will guide you through 75 minutes of invigorating pilates and meditation, featuring a warm-up, pilates session, and a serene farewell meditation.

After the uplifting session, unwind with Prosecco Spritzer and a delightful picnic pack including artisan cheeses, local baguette, cured meats & pickled veg, house made dip, spiced chicken green salad, nuts, fruit & crackers. Dessert also included.

This inclusive gathering welcomes all, whether you're a seasoned stretcher or a first-timer.
